We're not from the area but made a stop in during our bicycling trip along the O2E&E2O. For what we paid for the one night stay (& Bonifay entry-level members) you would think that a complimentary coffee station would be made available to guests. Breakfast is an add-on price, too. The check-in was prompt and our room was lovely. If we ever return to the area we will find a place equally welcoming but for less $$$$$ and offering comperable perks for the $$$$$.

I booked and prepaid a room in advance for one of my employees. Six days prior to arrival, I called to confirm the reservation and made it clear that I was the payer and the guest would be someone else. Everything was confirmed without issue. On Sunday night, my employee contacted me because there was a problem at check-in. When I spoke with the front desk, I was told the credit card on file had declined. I explained that it may have been an outdated card and offered to provide updated payment information immediately. However, I was then told the cardholder had to be physically present, which was not feasible, as this was a corporate card that the employee does not have access to and I was not in the area. To make matters worse, I was informed they could no longer honor the prepaid rate and that the cost would now be significantly higher. This raised an obvious question, if this was a prepaid reservation, why was the card not processed at the time of booking or at least flagged earlier? I was never notified of any issue in the days leading up to the stay, despite confirming the reservation in advance. The explanation provided was vague and unhelpful and was offered no solution othe
